Does NoteCall work when I am on site?
Yes, that is exactly what it is designed for. You take calls as normal — on the roof, in the van or between jobs — and the tasks are waiting in the app when you have a moment.
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. NoteCall is designed to work with the phone number you already use, so customers and suppliers can reach you exactly as before.
Will it help with quotes and material orders?
When a customer asks for a quote or you agree to order materials during a call, NoteCall picks it up as a task with the deadline and the customer attached, so nothing slips through.
Is NoteCall available now?
Not yet. NoteCall is in development. The app, the email and calendar connections and meeting recording are being tested now; the phone integration is being finalized and opens with early access. Join the waitlist and we will let you know when you can start.
Is the other person on the call informed?
Rules for processing phone conversations differ between countries. NoteCall is being designed with clear notification options so you can use it in line with the rules that apply to you. We will publish detailed guidance before the phone integration launches.
How much will NoteCall cost?
Pricing has not been finalized. We are planning simple monthly subscriptions. Waitlist members will hear about pricing and any early-access offers first.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
We store your name, email and the optional details you provide so we can contact you about early access. We only send product news if you tick the separate box to ask for it, and you can ask us to remove your details at any time — see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
