1. About us
notecallapp.com is operated by Flowline Development("we", "us"). Contact: hello@notecallapp.com.
2. NoteCall is in development
NoteCall is currently in development. Descriptions, screenshots and features shown on this website are illustrative, reflect our current plans and may change before or after launch. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell the NoteCall service.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create any obligation for you or for us.
- Joining does not guarantee access to NoteCall, a particular launch date, price or feature set.
- We may invite people from the waitlist in stages and at our discretion.
- You must provide accurate information and only sign up yourself, not other people.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
Use of the NoteCall service itself will be governed by separate terms that will be presented when you sign up for the service.
4. Pricing
Pricing has not been finalized. Any plans shown on this website are indicative, and no payment is taken through this website.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no automated signups, attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submission of content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
6. Intellectual property
The NoteCall name, logo, website design, text and graphics belong to Flowline Development or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
7. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
